Galileo - RESOLVED: Drop Through link failures for 1A airlines

This issue has now been raised to the highest possible priority, as it is still ongoing. Travelport technical staff are working with Amadeus Drop Through support staff, to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

Until this is resolved the workaround is for agents to manually create a passive booking in the Galileo system if tickets need to be issued urgently.

Please accept our apologies over the earlier advisory, as this issue has not been resolved, and is still being pursued by our technical groups with Amadeus.

This problem has been referred to Amadeus by the Travelport Technical Support Desk, and is currently under investigation. At this time we are unable to provide an estimated time to resolution.

We are currently experiencing an issue with Drop Through on Amadeus hosted carriers (BA/KL/KQ/LH/AF) which may be causing transaction failures when creating a passive booking in Galileo.

Please be assured that we are working with all technical parties to restore service as quickly as possible.
