Worldspan Impact Advisory: SSRFQTV messges not generated


Until the fix for the affected PNR’s can be loaded, the current workaround is: Agents should delete the original SSRFQTV (to avoid duplicates) and reenter the SSRFQTV into the PNR and end transact, this will regenerate the message to the carriers. Alternately, agents could also contact the carriers directly and have the FQTV number added in manually.
