Ask Travelport Answer search not working correctly (Update)



Currently agents are unable to search for Answers within the Ask Travelport Service by using the Search box only.

Agents are able to search for answers by the following two methods:
  1. By selecting a category first from the "Browse Categories" found under the main search box and then agents will be able to type in text or an answer number as normal in the search box.
  2. By clicking on the "Advanced Search" and typing in the text string and selecting the category.
We are working with the Developers and RightNow to resolve the issue as quick as possible and further update will be posted when the issue is resolved or to update progress.
