SEGMENT STATUS PROBLEM
Please be advised that the SEGMENT STATUS PROBLEM has now been resolved. Please contact the helpdesk if there are anymore outstanding PNR's that still requires to be re instated.

CX are returning US status to a large number of PNRs that were previously HK. CX have requested that all requests for reinstatement be coordinated globally via their Travelport account manager.

AVAILABILITY PROBLEM
Incorrect availability is being displayed in Galileo on some flights, if the availability is sold it will immediately go to waitlist status, unfortunately there is no way to see if the availability is correct before selling, please note this is also impacting other GDS.

TICKETING TIME LIMIT PROBLEM

the CX TICKET TIME LIMIT issue has been resolved. The normal Ticket Time Limit policy is now in effect.

CX have advised:

After CX/KA system outage, Ticket Time Limit will be updated to PNRs progressively. Please refer SSR queue box to follow up ticket issuance requirement. We will keep you informed when ticket time limit system fully resumes
