Galileo - RESTORAL: Service Impact RAIL


  This is to advise that we are currently experiencing an issue with Print Manager Browser. Customers
using Print Manager Browser are reporting they are unable to open up this application to issue Rail documents.

Due to this problem an emergency change will be applied that will affect all RAIL users access to Document Production. The change is being scheduled for 1545gmt / 27Feb. Impact will be seen for up to 30 minutes.

We will advise when this change is completed.   We are currently investigating with all appropriate technical groups and will be sending an updated advisory once resolved.
