Travelport - Resetting your Galileo Desktop or Worldspan Go login password.

07.09.2009

Galileo

The first step is to remember your Keyword. This is a 4-6 character code you would have set when you first logged on to your Desktop product (Focalpoint or Viewpoint) in your sign-on profile. We recommend choosing your date of birth (dd/mm/yy) but it can be anything you like as long as you can remember it.

If you can’t remember your Keyword, you will need to contact your Second Level authorizer or our Helpdesk and get them to recreate your sign-on.

Once you know the Keyword, visit our website www.travelportservices.nl or www.travelportservices.be which is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and find some detailed instructions on how to reset your password. Click on the ‘Ask Travelport’ button on your right hand side and you will immediately get the answer on how to change your Galileo password. It’s very easy to do and can save you time!   Worldspan

The first step is to remember your Secret Word. This Word you would have set when your Worldspan Go login was created. This could have been anything you liked.

If you can’t remember your Secret Word, you will need to contact your Office Manager or our Helpdesk for assistance.

Once you know the Secret Word, visit our website www.travelportservices.nl or www.travelportservices.be which is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and find some detailed instructions on how to reset your password. Click on the ‘Ask Travelport’ button on your right hand side and you will immediately get the answer on how to change your Worldspan Go! password. It’s very easy to do and can save you time!   So the next time you reach for the phone to call our helpdesk to reset your password or anything else. Think Ask Travelport! You never know, it could have all the answer to your questions!
