It’s quite simple to participate. Over the 4-week period, when you call our Helpdesks, you will be asked if you would like to take part in our customer satisfaction surveys. If you agree, we will send you an email with the link to the online survey which you can complete at your convenience. At the end of the survey you will have the option to tell us if you would like Travelport to contact you to further discuss your feedback. 

At the end of the survey period and following analysis of responses from all our customers, we will use the collated information to identify and plan improvements to our helpdesk service and support offering globally.
