Galileo & Worldspan - Revised implementation date: Mandatory e-mail requirement for ASK Travelport users


Effective Wednesday 24 November 2010, the help desk will begin asking for email addresses if they are missing from the system. This will help ensure that you receive the full benefits and functionality of the system, including:

  • Being able to view and track progress of all their incidents online
  • Receive mailings such as weekly product advisories to learn about new time-saving features and top tips
  • Reduce time spent resolving issues by allowing the helpdesk analyst ‘screen share’ or view the Travel Agents desktop
