Galileo & Worldspan - RESOLVED Impact Advisory: Host Access Slow Responses



We are currently experiencing an issue with Host access which may or may not be causing users to receive slow responses when accessing the Galileo / Apollo and Worldspan systems.

Some firewall updates were loaded last night during APAC hours. New users logging in may be seeing some slow responses if their ISP hasn't picked up the update yet. Once this happens they should be OK.

Worldspan Go! users are being advised to exit Go!, close their browser, open a new browser, and sign back in.

Anything browser based could be affected until the firewall update is picked up.
