This is to advise that Travelport technical teams have identified the problem and are working to resolve the same. As a workaround please clear your screen, log off and log back in using your new password if the message SYSTEM ERROR OCCURRED is returned.

We are receiving multiple reports of SYSTEM ERROR OCCURRED when attempting to reset passwords or make updates to STD profiles. We suspect that this may or may not be causing permanent errors to the STDs. Please hold off any changes to any STD logins while we investigate this issue. We will provide updates asap.
